ModTracker does not collect or store vehicle identification numbers (VINs).

User Content

We collect content you choose to upload, including:

• Vehicle photos
• Build information
• Other content added to your ModTracker profile

Payment Information

If you subscribe to premium features, payments are processed through Stripe. ModTracker does not directly store your full payment card information. Stripe handles payment processing in accordance with its own privacy practices.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use collected information to:

• Provide and maintain the ModTracker service
• Create and manage user accounts
• Display user profiles and vehicle builds
• Store and organize modification information
• Process subscription payments
• Communicate with users regarding accounts, updates, and service-related messages

3. Public Profiles and User Content

ModTracker allows users to create vehicle profiles and share their builds.

Information you choose to make public, including vehicle details, modifications, and photos, may be visible to other users or anyone who accesses your shared ModTracker profile.

You are responsible for the content you choose to upload and share.

4. Purchase Links

ModTracker allows users to include links to where they purchased or sourced their modifications (for example, a link to a part on a retailer's website).

These links are provided by users for informational purposes only. ModTracker does not verify, endorse, or receive compensation from these links, and is not responsible for the content or accuracy of external sites they lead to.

5. Third-Party Services

We use third-party services to operate ModTracker, including:

• Amazon Web Services (AWS) for hosting and storing application data
• Stripe for payment processing
• Cloudflare for domain management and related services

These providers may process information as necessary to provide their services. Their use of your information is governed by their respective privacy policies.

6. Cookies and Analytics

ModTracker uses essential cookies to keep you logged in and maintain your session. We do not currently use third-party advertising or analytics cookies.

We will update this Privacy Policy if we introduce additional tracking technologies or analytics services.

• Account deletion confirmations

We use reasonable security measures designed to protect your information, including encrypted password storage and secure data transmission (HTTPS). However, no method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Account Deletion

You may request deletion of your account at any time from your dashboard. When you do:

• Your public profile and vehicle pages are taken offline immediately
• Any active subscription is canceled immediately
• Your account and all associated data — including account information, vehicle information, modification details, and uploaded photos — are permanently deleted 30 days after your request, subject to any legal obligations requiring longer retention

We'll send you an email confirming your deletion request and explaining this 30-day window. If you change your mind, contact us before the 30 days are up.

10. Children's Privacy

ModTracker is not intended for children under the age required by applicable privacy laws. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

11. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights regarding your personal information, including:

• Requesting access to your information
• Requesting correction of inaccurate information
• Requesting deletion of your information
• Opting out of certain communications
